Description
A genuine vintage Renate Barzini oversized short sleeve shirt in a lovely soft pastel pink with muted purple polka dots. The relaxed cut, oversized fit and large chest pocket give it that classic late 80s to early 90s look that works brilliantly worn open over a vest, tucked into denim or styled with wide-leg trousers.
Made from a comfortable 65% polyester and 35% cotton blend, it has a traditional collar, button front fastening, dropped shoulders and a single chest pocket. The soft pastel colour and timeless polka dot print make it an easy piece to wear through spring and summer or layered in cooler weather.
The original label is present and the shirt is labelled 35/36, though this no longer reflects modern sizing. With a pit-to-pit measurement of approximately 22–23 inches, I would recommend it for around a modern UK 18, small 20, depending on your preferred fit. Please compare the measurements with a favourite shirt for the best fit. But again this could be worn oversized by a 16 too.
The shirt is in good vintage condition with light signs of age and wear consistent with a vintage garment. A lovely oversized vintage shirt for lovers of pastel colours, polka dots and relaxed retro styling.
