Vintage Raffael top, made in Italy, likely dating from the late 1980s or early 1990s.
A bold abstract geometric print in turquoise, bright blue, navy, purple, grey and cream. Made from soft 100% viscose jersey with plenty of natural stretch and a fluid drape.
The top has a deep V-neck finished with navy binding, three large dark purple buttons, elbow-length sleeves and sewn-in shoulder pads. The lower front is softly gathered, giving it a loose, draped shape rather than a straight T-shirt fit.
Approximate pit to pit: 18 inches unstretched
The fabric stretches comfortably. Based on the unstretched measurement and cut, it is likely to suit a modern UK 12, or possibly a smaller UK 14 for a closer fit. Please compare the measurement with a stretchy top you already own.
Good vintage condition overall. Brilliant with black trousers, dark denim or a simple midi skirt. A fun vintage top for work, evenings out, holidays or colourful everyday dressing.
